Refunds are not available. Entries may be transferred to another event promoted by The Chad Andrews and Danamite Racing if requested at least 72 hours before the event. Registrations for events promoted by The Chad Andrews and Danamite Racing may be transferred to another eligible event promoted by the same organizers, subject to the following conditions:

• Transfer requests must be submitted no later than 72 hours before the scheduled start of the originally registered event.

• Transfers are available only to events promoted by The Chad Andrews and Danamite Coaching and are not transferable to another rider.

• Registration fees are non-refundable but may be applied as a credit toward another eligible event.

• Any difference in entry fees must be paid at the time of transfer. No refunds will be issued if the new event has a lower entry fee.

• Riders may transfer their registration only once unless approved by the Race Director.

• Transfers are subject to category eligibility and event capacity.

• No transfers will be granted after race numbers have been assigned or registration has closed.

• Requests due to injury, illness, family emergency, or other special circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• The Race Director reserves the right to approve or deny any transfer request.

To request a transfer, contact the promoter through the event registration platform or email prior to the transfer deadline.

Category Changes

Riders may request a category change prior to registration closing, subject to eligibility and field limits.

Wait Lists

If a field reaches capacity, riders may join a wait list. Entry is not guaranteed.

Field Limits

The promoter reserves the right to limit field sizes for safety reasons.

Event Modifications

The promoter reserves the right to alter race distances, schedules, start times, categories, or formats due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

• 13 days through 3 days before race day: $50

• Within 72 hours of race day (if available): $55

Number Placement

Riders are responsible for correctly displaying race numbers. Improperly placed numbers may result in inaccurate scoring.

Call-Ups

For TNT All-Star:

Call-ups will be based on TNT season standings and promoter invitations.

Neutral Wheels

If you don't provide them:

Neutral support is not guaranteed. Riders are responsible for their own equipment.

Start Time

Riders must be present at staging no later than 10 minutes before their scheduled start.

Late Registration

Late registration is not guaranteed and may be subject to additional fees.

What category should I race?

Choose the category that matches your current USA Cycling category and experience level. If you're unsure, contact the promoter before registering.

Are one-day licenses available?

Yes, where permitted by USA Cycling regulations. Riders must comply with all current licensing requirements.

What happens if it rains?

Races are held rain or shine. Severe weather, lightning, or unsafe conditions may result in delays, modifications, or cancellation.

What are the race-day policies?

Helmets are required. Headphones are prohibited. Riders must follow all USA Cycling and event-specific rules.

How does the TNT All-Star Race work?

The All-Star Race recognizes the top performers from the TNT season. Additional details regarding qualification, call-ups, and awards are available on the event page.

How does the TNT All-Star Challenge work?

The Challenge uses a handicap-style start format designed to bring multiple categories together near the finish. First rider across the finish line wins.

When does registration close?

Online registration closes at the published deadline or when field limits are reached.

Will there be race-day registration?

Maybe. Race-day registration is not guaranteed and may be subject to higher entry fees.

What prizes and awards are offered?

Prize purses, primes, podium awards, and special recognitions will be listed on the event page.
