1-Smart Trainer with Bluetooth.
Onboarding steps:
Download TrainingPeaks Virtual2-If you have an existing TrainingPeaks account, click "Existing TrainingPeaks Account" on the login page
3-Enter your TrainingPeaks credentials to access TrainingPeaks Virtual
4-If you are new to TrainingPeaks, click "New TrainingPeaks Account"
5-Sign up for a TrainingPeaks account that will be used for TrainingPeaks Virtual
Set Up Your Profile:
6-Add your personal details (Height, Weight, FTP, Active Team) so your experience is tailored to you. Set Up Profile
8-Select this link to attach.
If you already are attached to a coach in TrainingPeaks > select your name in the top right-hand corner > settings > coaches > add chad@thechadandrews.com as a shared coach.

Zwift is an online cycling game and training platform that enables users to ride, train and compete in a virtual world.
Sync your accounts
To link your TrainingPeaks and Zwift accounts, simply log into my.zwift.com or visit https://my.zwift.com/profile/connections and check to see if your TrainingPeaks account is synced. After you connect your accounts, your workout data will instantly upload to your TrainingPeaks calendar. In addition, any structured workouts, such as those provided by The Chad Andrews Coaching, on your TrainingPeaks calendar will automatically appear in your list of Custom Workouts in Zwift.
